About the Job
Benefit Trucking is seeking a highly motivated Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing brokerage team in Skopje. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring the seamless execution of freight shipments across North America.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the U.S. trucking industry (as a broker or dispatcher)
- Strong understanding of U.S. geography, road networks, and mileage metrics
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Highly service-oriented with strong customer interaction abilities
- Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Your Responsibilities
- Source, book, and negotiate freight with carriers to secure competitive rates
- Collaborate with Customer Sales Representatives to quote and service clients effectively
- Monitor and analyze market trends and seasonality to make informed pricing decisions
- Develop and expand carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calls, and referrals
- Nurture long-term, strategic carrier partnerships
- Ensure all shipment documentation is accurate and approved prior to transport
- Support with tracking and tracing to ensure on-time performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure top-tier service and operational efficiency
