Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Customer Service Representative
role. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate entry of load orders into our system, supporting dispatch operations, and delivering a high standard customer service to our customers.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Customer Service Representative
role. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate entry of load orders into our system, supporting dispatch operations, and delivering a high standard customer service to our customers.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Accurately entering load information into the Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Providing timely and effective support to the Operations team to ensure smooth workflow
- Serving as a key point of contact for clients and customers, maintaining clear and professional communication
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries with accurate and relevant information
- Communicating important updates such as appointment changes, cancellations, and delays to all relevant parties
Knowledge and skills required:
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to details.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
- Educational background in Engineering, Administration, or Finance is a plus.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced office environment

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am – 4:00 pm CST or 14:00 - 23:00 CET (Local Macedonian Time);
Additionally, there is 1 working Saturday every 2 months.
