About the Job
US-based logistics company is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Dispatcher to join our team at the Skopje office. In this role, you will oversee the daily US operations and activities related to truckload shipments, managing a team of drivers and executing dispatch functions while ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and allocate drivers to maximize productivity and earnings.
- Maintain consistent communication with drivers throughout the day.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to adjust routes as necessary to meet customer requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both drivers and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our freight brokers and clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience in US trucking.
- Availability to work evening hours from 14:00 to 23:00.
- Fluency in English written and spoken.
- Professional demeanor with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of FMCSA rules and regulations is a must.
