Job Description:
The role involves the forefront of our strategic efforts, identifying optimal fueling stops for our drivers throughout the US and with that doing strategic decision-making that will not only contribute to substantial cost savings for the company but will also be a driving force behind our overarching financial success.

Duties:
  • Create personalized fuel plans for drivers, while monitoring daily fuel levels and costs.
  • Prevent unnecessary fueling costs through planning.
  • Provide guidance on navigating terrain and managing fuel related issues.
  • Handle unexpected fuel challenges efficiently.
  • Implement feedback to improve fuel efficiency and service quality.
  • Align fueling stops with all important load information while collaborating with dispatch to adjust routes and meet needs.
  • Maintain direct contact and build a strong relationship with your given drivers.
  • Generate reports on fuel usage and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Professional attitude and team mindset.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Experience in the Logistics field is a plus.
  • The ability to handle difficult situations - to stay calm and make efficient & effective decisions quickly.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
